BCAF Conducts Free Malaria Screening in Observance of World Malaria Day 2026

In observance of World Malaria Day 2026, the medical team of the Bishop Cyrinus Akpan Foundation (BCAF) successfully conducted free malaria testing and vital signs assessments for members of the public.

During the exercise, Nurse Magdalene addressed participants on the importance of routine medical checkups in determining one’s health status. She noted that early detection and timely treatment remain critical to sustaining good health. The event was held in a relaxed setting with background music to ensure participant comfort.
